The monthly payment plan is interest free.

The first withdrawal is equal to 2/12 of the annual premium. All subsequent withdrawals will be equal to 1/12 of the remaining annual premium.

Currently, we do not offer a monthly frequency.

Processing times vary from one financial institution to another. It can take some financial institutions up to five business days to process your payment through their system. Make your payment in plenty of time to meet your payment due date. Please ensure you use your policy number as your account/reference number.

Your invoice, credit card notice or pre-authorized payment agreement provided with your insurance documents can be used as an official receipt for income tax purposes.

Go to your financial institution website and add your insurer to your account. Enter your policy number as the reference number. To find out more, please contact your financial institution.

You can update your pre-authorized payment plan by accessing your online account or by contacting Billing Services at 1-888-277-6481, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST. You must notify us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled withdrawal.
