Payment Options
When it comes to paying your bill, it’s all about convenience, ease and choice. That’s why The Personal offers several convenient and flexible payment options to meet your needs. Below you’ll find a description of each payment option.
Pre-authorized payments (up to 12 monthly payments)
With the preauthorized payment plan, your premium is deducted from your chequing account on the day of your choice. We need your financial institution information and chequing account number to set you up on this payment plan.
Online
Pay your full premium online through your financial institution. Your Policy Number is your account/reference number. To find out more, please contact your financial institution.
Credit card
Use your Visa or MasterCard to pay your premium in full. We require your credit card number and expiry date to set you up on this payment plan.
Cheque
If you prefer, you may make your payment by mailing us a cheque for the full premium. Please write your policy number on the front of your cheque. Do not send cash. Enclose your cheque and the detachable payment stub in the envelope provided.
Online Client Services
With Online Client Services, you can update or modify your payment option at any time. Register now and enjoy all the advantages of managing your policy online!
