Have you made a change to your auto insurance policy using your Online Services account? When you finish the transaction, you’ll get a temporary confirmation of insurance that you can print. This is an official document that can temporarily replace your insurance policy for 7 days.
Do you need to provide proof of insurance to a dealership or creditor? Please contact us. We’ll send you a copy of your confirmation of insurance by email, regular mail or fax, whichever you prefer.
The temporary confirmation of insurance and the proof of insurance are not insurance contracts. They are provided for information purposes only, subject to all the terms, conditions, exclusions and provisions of your insurance policy.

No, you cannot renew your insurance online. But if you use pre-authorized payments and want to keep the same coverage, you don’t need to do anything. Your policy renews on the date specified in your policy document.

When you're driving, keep a paper copy with you in case your phone isn't charged and you're asked to show proof of insurance.
